Save attached e-mail
Regina 1/6/2007 3:32:00 PM
Hello,
I would like to know if the new 2007 Business Contact Manager will
automatically save attachments to the linked contact? This is probably the
only complaint I have had with BCM
Thank you,
Regina

No. Attachments are not supported on BCM entities.

Regina, I have noted your request, and will be sure the feature team
considers it.

Thanks for your input,
Chris

Thank you very much Chris! I would have thought it would be available because
I don't know how many times I need to look and an older e-mail and really
needed the attachment specific to that e-mail. If I'm not mistaken ACT! has
this capability. I haven't used it in awhile because I had switched BCM. It
is the on;y thing I miss about ACT!
Thanks again,
Regina
