Are you using the "Add-in to Merge Letters to Separate Files" that I have written that can be downloaded from fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at:

If so, the simplest thing to do would be to add Allergen to the field that contains the filenames in the datasource. Alternatively, you could modify the code so that the worl Allergen is hard coded into it, or so that it requests you to provide a word to be inserted into the filename.
