6x9 paper size Serenia 12/9/2008 9:25:00 PM I wrote a book, and am trying to put it onto Amazon.com. However, the page size is being finicky; I need to format the document to be 6"X9" paper size. What is that in Word terms? (Eg. A1, B4, etc.)
