By default, that label has left and right margins of 0.3mm and the paragraph format has left and right indents of 1.1mm While you can reduce those figures, it is probably not recommended as the alignment of the text on the label as it goes through the printer may no longer coincide with the labels themselves.
Check the paragraph format to make sure that the left and right indents have not been increased.
