To automatically send an email on creating a task you'll have to write a macro that gets triggered when there's a new task event. There's a wizard in Outlook that will create some custom actions - I use it to route emails to particular folder when a new email arrives. You can see if the wizard lets you do run a custom action on creating a new Task.
