mobile synch
Michael 2/11/2007 9:46:00 PM
I am unable to synch with OneNote2007 on my Windows Mobile Phone. The
instruction state that the OneNote will automatically begin the partnership
setup. This is not happening. Can anyone fill me on one what I may be
missing. Also, I tried the OneNotes Mobile Patcher by LaymanAid Soft, but
that has not helped.

Thanks,

Do you already have a partnership with the device through Active Sync?
Make sure that side of things works first. You no doubt had it at one
time since you obviously installed onenote mobile form within ON, but
things may have gone south since.

If you have rebooted, etc. one thing to try is to delete the partnership
within ActiveSync and set it up again.

Good Luck.

These steps normally work. Let us know if they don't work for you:

1) Make sure you have removed ON Mobile Beta version from you phone
2) Cradle your phone and verify it sync (meaning your partnership is good)
3) Launch OneNote
4) Tools|Options, OneNote Mobile and choose to Install OneNote Mobile
5) Confirm it syncs to the phone
6) Run ON Mobile on the phone

Thanks for using OneNote!
