Can two .mdb files in Word be merged?
ECC Member 12/9/2008 5:20:01 PM
I have created two separate mail merge address databases and I would like to
know how to merge the data into one database.

Can any one help?

Thank you.

If they have the same field names (or same matching number of fields) create
two separate directory merges into single row tables with one column for
each field, then copy and paste one document into the other. Add a fieldname
title row and save as a document. Use this document as a data source for
your merge - the format will be essentially that at
