Letter 'blocks'
Gunti 12/19/2008 3:04:01 PM
Hi,
I'm wondering if it's possible to have some kind of tool (i don't know if
it's already in word??) where there is a database of text 'blocks' which
people can insert text from. For example.

1 File on a server, which contains a number of these blocks. Preset text's
which only have to be copied over.

Then in word you create something like an insert block menu, where you can
insert these blocks (by name).

Is something like this possible and would it be possible for someone like me
(with hardly any to none knowledge of macro's ) to set this up.

Greets,
Gunti
