Hi, We have a laptop running Office Pro 2003. recently when we started
Word, we got an error message up saying that The program would not install a
component, but if we clicked on Ok, it opened Word.
I tried to do a repair, and after about 5 monites of installation come up
with an error "Microsfot apologise but the Installed encounted an error".
The install program them stops.
Anyone any ideas please of how I resolve this issue - thanks
