Mail Merge Index Victor Lazlo 5/17/2007 6:00:02 PM My mailmerge document displays the merge field's index instead of data. How do I avoid this. Using MS Access 2002.

Maybe what you are saying is that you are seeing the mail merge field codes. If that is what it is, you can toggle off their display by using Alt+F9. If that is applicable, it also indicates that you have not executed the merge, but are merely trying to preview the results.
