How do we set up a Public Folder for everyone to share Business Contacts?

Al,

You can share your BCM database with collegues. They will also need BCM
installed on the machine and connect to your database. All clients connected
to BCM database will be able to access all data from BCM store. You can do
this by going to Business Contact Manager->Database Tools->Share Database
menu option. Help on database sharing will give you more information about
this feature.

BCM folders and Exchange public folders are orthogonal to each other. BCM
stores data in it's own database.

With Office Small Biz 2007, are there any additional licenses required to
share BCM accross the organization?
