You can get in a circuitous route from appointments to the linked contact,
but action then on that contact seems to fail. In the appointment ribbon,
Business contact Manager, click Link to record. In the link to Business
Contact Manager record box, click on the linked Record. This launches the
linked record, for example a business contact. However, I find the ribbon’s
buttons then fail. For example, I can not launch my auto dialer with the
call button , and typing in the call log fails to record anything.
Any suggestions for making a move via mouse click from the calendar, to an
appointment, to a business contact, and then have that business contact form
not hang?
