Ron,
There are numerous posts here already addressing this. Be that as it may, have you downloaded and installed the free MS BCM WM3 for synching BCM Business contacts to your Pocket PC device? Assuming that you have done this you likely have discovered first hand the feature limited reality of the MS designed BCM add-in with respect to one-handed (without stylus) look up, caller ID lacking, etc. The BCM for WM literally synchs to its own separate application on your mobile device. Like on the PC, the native Outlook Contacts and the BCM Business Contacts are stored within an entirely separate db from each other. This is no accident. This is by design. The only current way to synch all of your separate Contact folders together only into the device contacts apps is (embarassingly) via a 3rd party synch developer. Chapura has an excellent solution called Pocket Mirror Professional for WM that can be purchased here at: www.chapura.com.
BTW, here is another link to a humerous blogger with some additional thoughts about "BCM Mobile": http://www.chrisrue.com/funcave/2007/06/a-mobile-app-gets-whacked.html
Best regards,
