I am changing the views within BCM as follows:
View -> Current View -> Define Views ->
Then I am seletcing a View Name, (say [By Category]), clicking on the Modify
button, selecting the fileds, adding and removing various fields, the
selecting Apply View and the screen display changes following my choices.
However, if I select somehting else, like mail, and then go back to BCM and
the view I have changed, it reverts back to the old view, ignoring any of my
chnages.
I just don't know how to 'save' the amended views.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
