I look after the membership records for a club and each year produce invoices for annual fees from various tables within our MS Access database. I would like to email these to those members with email addresses recorded in the members data base. I know I could do this individually by selecting the Send to option for each invoice but this would be very labourious , slow and labor intensive. Is there a way I can automate the process using Microsoft Oultook 2003? Thanks Niftynev
