Cannot access off-line Global Address List Outlook 2003

Hi
I have an off-line Global address list that originated from an exchange
server I no longer access. I recently had to reinstall my OS and the Office
suite. before doing so backed up my Outlook folder (User>Local Settings>Apps
Data>MS> Outlook). When I reinstalled Outlook, I replaced the new Outlook
folder with my original which contained lots of .pst and .oab files. Now
when I try to see my off-line global address book, it does not show up. I
think it is contained in those .oab files. How can I get Outlook to
reassociate with it?

I think you meant to post this in the Outlook newsgroup - this group is for
OneNote.
