How to stop extra spaces when converting from handwriting to text
Cliff Allen 11/11/2008 6:34:16 PM
When I convert handwriting to text in OneNote 2007 (on XP) an extra bank
space is inserted after words the were at the end of each line of handwriting.

All other words have just one space after them. It's just the words at the
end of a line of handwriting that have two spaces after them.

After converting to text, I have to manually remove these extra blank
spaces. How do I avoid having to do this?

How did you get handwriting to work under XP?

I have a Wacom tablet and handwriting doesn't work in One Note except as a
grpahic. Can't get it to recognize it and convert to text.

I use a slate Tablet PC from Motion Computing, which uses the Wacom system.

I'm in OneNote all day long -- except when I need to write documents where
this extra space problem will be a nuisance.
