Update failure

I have a new laptop with Outlook 07 with BCM and the problem I have is that
Service Pack 2 fails to install ... repeatitly.
I have tried contacting Microsoft about the update but they were of
absoulutely no help. Doing emails every two days isn't going cut it as far
as help goes.

I should have mentionned that that is the BCM service pack that fails.

Can you look at the log files for BCM to get any indication of what's
happening? Maybe post the error log file.

But the BCM 2007 Service Pack 2 hasn't been released yet...

Where did you download it from?
