Update failure "Ken" <ken[ at ]starshipgroup.ca> 10/10/2008 12:47:28 PM I have a new laptop with Outlook 07 with BCM and the problem I have is that Service Pack 2 fails to install ... repeatitly. I have tried contacting Microsoft about the update but they were of absoulutely no help. Doing emails every two days isn't going cut it as far as help goes.

But the BCM 2007 Service Pack 2 hasn't been released yet... Where did you download it from?
