I understand that the "mid" coding that I did was somehow generating the automatic email to one of our National mailboxes. I created a button and choosing the field FROM from the "frequently-used fields". I also created a text field and pulling in the value = FROM, the Type = Recipient, the Format = From Only. This is good, but when the button is launched (from a message template), in the text field it reports back with "on behalf of NAME". It pulls the name you select from the global address book, but not sure why if puts "on behalf of" in front of the selected name? I can't seem to creat a field that will parse out "on behalf of" and put the text of just the name selected. Any suggestion?
Thanks. Wanda
