Reading Pane on BCM 2007 History Steve - SGD 3/29/2007 8:48:03 AM Hi We have just started using BCM 2007 and have auto-linked emails to the history log. However, I want to have a Reading Pane (as with the regular Email display) on the history log so that I don't have to open the item to read it. Is this possible? I have searched on the web and in help but can't seem to find this as an available option. Can anyone tell me how to do this? And if its not standard how easy would it be to write some code to achieve it (maybe someone's already written it!). Thanks Steve
