Hi all. I'm just beginning to use BCM 2007. I've worked with Outlook for contact management for many years now. While I'm figuring out how all this works in BCM, I have found a couple of things I find odd and wanted to mention them.
First, when in a Project that I have Tasks associated to it, the window that displays the tasks is not customizable. I'm actually able to add and remove fields, change the order, etc., but when the screen refreshes, it defaults back. I would really like to see the task due date in this little window, but I'm unable to modify it.
Second, when in a Project, I change the status to Completed but the percentage complete field does not automatically change to 100%, like it does in regular Outlook tasks. Strange behavior.
