Hi,
It may be a design flaw in Outlook related to assuming the user may want to use it with "remote mail".
I noticed your previous posts - one thing is for sure, no one in office.setup will know the answer. Have you tried the Exchange newsgroups or Microsoft networking groups?
Did you say you were running TS? If so, have you tried there and if you are running TS you probably have a huge support contract, did you phone them?
