When you upgraded to 2007 version, BCM must have migrated the database during first use. Before migration, it creates backup of the old database. Look in My Documents folder. File with extension .msbcm or .sbb. You can restore this file in 2003. If the file extension is .sbb, change it to ..msbcm before restoring.
..BCM file created in BCM 2007 is not compatible with 2003.
