The first thing to find out is whether you printer would be able to
handle paper as heavy as card stock. (Don't even _think_ of putting it
through if there's embossing, or metallic inks, or glitter on it.)
If it works, you might use a table to get a cell exactly where you
want your text to go.
But your recipients would appreciate a handwritten message a lot more!
