This happened to us - Here's how it was fixed: From the Outlook Toolbar, go to 'Help' Under Help - look for Disabled Items Perhaps Business Contact Manager became disabled. (This tip came from Microsoft 866-452-4755 turned out to be a REAL help line) Good Luck -- BrainerdCMA
