Business Contact Manager installed but no toolbar?
Ricky11 8/17/2006 5:25:01 PM
I downloaded the update and now have no toolbar. When I try to 'enable" BCM,
it says it already is enabled, but I must restart. Restarting Outlook has no
effect and it doesn't appear that BCM is running at all. Any help?

File -> Data files management -> Add BCM database.

If it's installed properly, that would be one of the choices.

This happened to us - Here's how it was fixed:
From the Outlook Toolbar, go to 'Help'
Under Help - look for Disabled Items
Perhaps Business Contact Manager became disabled.
(This tip came from Microsoft 866-452-4755 turned out to be a REAL help line)
Good Luck
