Hi,
I am having a few pc's starting to freeze exactly like described in this kb

I read it was fixed in the latest service packs. I run an internal WSUS
server, and all pc's have the lastest office service packs already installed.
Is there a way to fix this, users insist on using word as thier email editor.
I adjusted GP to Rich text/ outlook and the complaints were just too much to
bear. Anyone know of a fix?
