Yep, I know that I would not have asked otherwise. Anyway, It looks like that due to a bad shutdown MS Office disabled this item.
I managed to restire by going to Help/About Microsoft Office Outlook/Disabled Items and re-enabling. -- Dave Eade Global Project Solutions
