Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form

When I open my Outlook Business Contact Manager Accounts or contacts I
receive error message as per subject line. This is a new problem. I am really
anxious to get my BCM functioning today!!

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced | Custom Forms | Manage Forms | Clear
Cache

Restart Outlook and you should be fine. If you haven't updated to version 2
you should.

Oh my word, I had the exact same problem and I was freaked out! I thought I
might have lost acces to all that data! "guy"'s solution worked for me, but I
had to restart the computer after I enabled the disabled items. Thank you
