Thanks for reply.... The Add-in is a Microsoft Outlook Add-in from Microsoft, The addin is... Video Email for Miocrosoft Office Outlook 2003 Version 11.0.5629.0 and was downloaded from Microsoft updates... so it is a microsoft addin, I cannot tell if the file is corrupt however I did try to use the addin manager to manually load the plugin, and a message stated the file was corrupt. Tried another download with the same result. I have a felling the file at the site may be corrupted or simply does not work. If you still have doubts as to the authenticity of the product... here is the location...
