I would like to have this setting checkd/configured when Outlook starts. Using Visual Studio 2005 for Office, is this possible? I would also like to dynamically add a users signature if the signature file exists in a certain location. Thanks.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=804 for sample code you should be able to adapt.
