Both the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (the default Windows XP viewer when Microsoft Office is NOT installed) and Microsoft Office Document Imaging (the default Fax viewer with MS Office installed) have Next and Previous buttons allowing one to view all pages of a mulitpage Fax. If you're using a third party viewer, it may not have these controls.
