Outlook Not Responding when Fax received SabetL 3/21/2006 6:40:51 PM For some of my users, Outlook goes to the Not Responding state as soon as a fax is received in the users Inbox. This is not an issue related to the users mailbox because I deleted\recreated the mailbox and the problem persists. It is not affecting all users who fax through Outlook, only a few. Is there any reason why Outlook would lock up? I am stuck and cant seem to pinpoint the problem. Thanks!

Of course you never mentioned what fax software you are using or how faxes are being routed to Outlook.
