Well... After I wrote this I went to Control Panel/ Add Remove Programs and to my surprise I found that Outlook Connector is there as a separate program. So I removed it and now I can access my Hotmail account. However I still have 6 folders that were created in my attempts that cannot be opened or deleted. Any ideas?
