Renaming Machine Issue
I am trying to rename a laptop that is on a workgroup, but it is telling me "Access is Denied". I've tried running newsid to change the comp name, but it doesn't change it. Is there any way to fix this issue or at least find out why it is doing this? Thank you in advance....

I am having serious praoblems validating Windows in order to download a media player codec.
