At work we order about 15 Dells at a time. They all come OEM with

each one to a domain, installing all our programs, installing office,
adobe acrobat reader, customizing the settings, shortcuts to network

XP Boot Problems
I have Windows XP Home and had problems with reloading after a major failure.
This resulted in an abortive attempt to load and register and then
eventually a further successful attempt.
I am now faced with one configuration but 2 options in the boot.ini file.
This does not self correct despite there only being one operating system
loaded and I can find no way of removing the offending...

Best way to deploy Desktop--just OS or Full Image?
Our organization is undergoing a consolidation, and, looking to standardize
the deployment of a standard desktop to all computers (> 50 K).
Most sites (35 +) use some kind of imaging product, usually Ghost Solution
Suite, to produce an image that is then put on the computer by a variety of
means, but, the similarity ends there.
There are two schools of thought: 1) Deploy a full ima...

WinPE 2.0 Network support - is there some trick?
Hi,
I'm playing around with WDS and WinPE 2.0. I'm having heaps of trouble
getting network drivers to load. I've followed the instructions on making a
custom image and have also used the peimg /inf method of adding drivers
offline. I can see that the drivers are there in the image and that some of
them (SCSI or RAID) are loading, but even if I manually try to load the
driver after ...

Hi, I've made an English XP SP2 image, installed the MUI(with French)

Thanks.
