It is going slow like it did before I did the reinstall and now it won't boot up. It goes through a normal boot but before it goes to the welcome screen the screen says "Windows is starting up...". It just sits there like that. When I run this part, it finds 100's of duplicte files. There might be at least 5 to 10 of each. This problem started about a week ago, I think. I open IE 7 to a web page - CNN.com is a good example.
