DirectX runtime install failure
I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version of DirectX. From the Download Centre, the 9.x runtime install starts, but blows up before downloading anything. "Please try later". Any ideas? Thanks....

Uninstall KB936357 in Winxp : causing STOP 7E on bootup
Hello, After downloading KB936357 from Microsoft (this KB patch supposedly makes a microcode reliability update. Stand By button is greyed out and disbled
Win XP SP2. When trying to Turn Off Computer the Stand By button is greyed out and inoperable, so you cannot place computer on Hibernate either.
