No 'Floppy Disk' drive accessibility
Hi.
I have the WXP Pro. edition and I am asking two questions. Firstly, the
Floppy Disk drive had deleted itself from my computer and I am unable to
enable this function. I have recently re-installed this WXP Pro. edition
twice with the updates from the Microsoft Windows Update website. And, still
I have no A drive.
1) Why is this so?
2) How do I enable this function?
Thanks

How to find out user of remote computer
Given an IP address or computer name, how can I, from a Windows XP
machine, find out the name of the currently or most recently logged on
user, without having to jump through hoops or remote connect to their
registry or something like that?
I know that in Unix, there is the finger command... I'm looking for
something like this.
thanks

been using the machine for about 10 months with no problems
or need to re-install.
