I'm pretty sure you only need to add the "Terminal Services Remote Desktop" componant. I've also added all the componants with the name "Terminal Services" and still there is no mstsc.exe on my run-time image. I haven't been able to get the RDP Client to appear in my images. It also seems to happen intermittently when the network cable is plugged in during bootup. Takes abt. three minutes for 1GB, compared to more than ten minutes with file explorer, and makes partitioning and all the stuff obsolete.
