When I go to those sites with the cool fonts that aren't on my computer, and I click download, it downloads it and I can see it in a folder, except that it dosnt show up in my list of fonts on Word or in the control panel I have tried the add new font thing on the control panel but it doesn't work, mainly because it confuses me. Desktop Background Display Properties
Is there any way to change the default "Position" value to "Center" for all pictures, regardless of their size? If a picture is larger than the screen, it defaults to "Stretch." It's very annoying....

Hi, is there a way that can be done to change the file types displayed in the Save As dialog box? When using the Save As dialog box, it filters the files within the target directory to only show those of the save type, eg if a folder has .pdf and ..doc files in it and I am saving a .doc file, I cannot see the .pdf files. I am trying to see all file types in the save as target directory...

Why WinXP Quick Launch keeps disappearing
What is the cause of my WinXP Quick Launch toolbar always disappearing? In Windows XP, whenever the system closes down abnormally, I lose my Quick Launch bar. Hi Is there a utility in XP or one that you can donwload for XP that allows XP to auto pick a desktop theme everytime you log into XP? opening new window
i have xp home ed sp2, when ever i click on a new folder ie; from "my computer" to "c: drive", to program files, for example, windows opens a new window each time. this goes for my documents, my pictures, downloads.
