I recently recieved SP2 from Microsoft. When I go to install, the files are extracted and the screen U PDATING YOUR SYSTEM appears. The system says that this could take up to two hours, but I have left the computer on overnight, and the next morning the progress bar hasn't moved. Hi, In my windows xp dos prompt, I enter the command netstat -na and found lots of lots of connections to foreign IP address's port 25. But I didn't open any mail sending program so far. hope this is the correct group to ask this. I'm looking to upgrade my cpu from 1.7ghz to 2.4 or higher. Does the skt size play a part?
