Hi there, im in need to create a trailer for my cheerleading competition team
and would like to inculde the visualizations in windows media player 11,
however after days of exploring around the player and search engines, I don't
seems to be able to find a solution untill I come across this help group.

How do I remove WMP11
Just bought a new PC with VISTA Ultimate … the issue is that I have a
Creative Zen MP3 player and need to get the Creative Organizer/Player
software installed.
Creative Tech Support have supplied Vista compatible s/ware but it won't
install, they have spent 4 weeks on this so far … now they are convinced that
Windows Media Player 11 is the issue and they want me to remove it and then ...

WMP11 installation issue Unable to detect updates
I have upgraded to Vista Business N from XP and I noticed that Windows Media
is not included with this version of Vista but I have downloaded the vista
version from the Microsoft and am having trouble installing it.
After I start the install, accept the licence agreement it asks me "to

WMP11 bitrate conversion -> file corruption?
I'm using WMP11 on (XP SP2) to sync my Sandisk Sansa M240. I've used the
advanced sync options to specify that all content copied to the device should
be at 128Kbps, so most of my music gets converted. Frequently, however, an
album will get corrupted on the player such that all of the songs have 0:00
length. If I try to play one of them, the player pauses. If I back out of
that album...

Videos turning green in Powerpoint 2007
I am running Vista Ultimate and Office 2007 Professional. I am also using
Windows Media 11.
I have video clips that play fine in media player. When I import them into
Powerpoint 2007 presentations, they play with a green tint to them.
Anyone else had this problem or have a solution? ...

Vista, IE7 and Cookies
I can't delete some cookies like ie: cookie:judy@as-us.falkag.net and
cookie:judy@s.clickability.com. They both look like garbage cookies and ones
I don't want to keep.
I am trying to do this from temp internet files folder.

I don't want albums....
How do I get rid of the album views in Media Player 11? When I sort by
artist it still sorts by albums from that artist as well as displaying the
album art. I don't want that. I want to get rid of the album art, and album
sorting in general, but it won't let me do that. When I try to customize the
colums, that colum cannot be removed, but I want it removed.

WMP 10 error with MPG's
I've always been able to play MPG's in WMP 10 (XP Media Center)) until
recently - now, when I try to play an MPG2 file, I get a WMP error message
that WMP has encountered an error and has to close. It plays AVI's and other
file types fine. I have Intervideo Player and VLC and they play MPG's fine. I
used that Microsoft Decoder Utility and it showed several codecs, mainly from

- View Live (or so) and archived video - the archive is about a week
deep ;

WMP11, Portable Media Center, and MPEG-2 Video
Hi all. I'm using WMP11 to sync to my portable Media Center. I was using
video recorded by Media Center, which works fine, but I also have some MPEG-2
video from another PVR program (Snapsteam Beyond TV) that I'd like to put on
my player.

cannot play dvds
when i load my dvd in the computer i am getting an error message saying :
Windows Media Player cannot play DVD video. You might need to adjust your
Windows display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then
try lowering your screen resolution and color quality settings.
I tried lowering my screen resolution and color quality settings but that

No audio in WMP
I upgraded to WMP 11 and everything ran fine. I noticed though that some
mpeg files suffered the jitters, so I decided to uninstall WMP 11. XP rolled
me back to WMP 10, but I lost audio. I reinstalled WMP 11 and still no
audio. I have re-installed my card drivers too many times to count, still no
audio. I even physically took the card out of the unit and reinstalled it
from scratch....

When trying to burn CD, Media freezes and says not responding?

When I would click on websites .mpg files, Windows Media Player used to open
