Well I thought it was due to our upgrade to WMP11 so I rolled back to 10 and still having issues. Before the upgrade we had no problem viewing online media but now it seems that most videos and music clips (for example ringtone samples, music samples, Yahoo news videos, etc) wont run. I tried Audio & Data options. Audio gives me .CDA files on the CD & Data gives me the MP3 format. Both give me playable CD's of 22 songs. It always looks like it's taking, but then sure enough, "Other" comes back. It's quite annoying because I use the genre field to make my auto playlists and this screws them up.
