STARTUP TOPIC AGAIN
I know that the last thing people want to see is another startup question.
But I am currently not having any problems with my computer. What I am
trying to do is to reduce the number of programs that startup when I boot my
computer. I am running Vist HPrem and was wondering where I could find a
list of the essential startup applications.
If you know and respond thank you for your h...

Windows Photo Gallery
It opens but when I click on anything is stalls and says "no longer
responding". This happened after I moved over my files to be viewed on an
external drive. It was working fine when I moved them over but now when it
opens....it does not allow me to click on anything to open in the gallery.
If I do....no longer responding and I have to close.

Driver issues and constantly high CPU load
Vista was working mediocre for a couple weeks after I installed it, then it
made my PC go into fits of crashing where it would crash in the middle of
loading a program, and would give me the blue screen of death right before
shutting down. My PC would then frequently fail booting up at least ten times
before Vista would finally load correctly. So, i went to HP.com and made sure
all my dr...

location: the desktop. I don't like them being filtered into numerous

Vista not recovering
I deleted driver drvmcdb.sys based on the event viewer not loading it - or
needing it. After rebooting, Vista would not recover. Even the recovery
process did not work. Only when I entered the command line and copied
drvmcdb.sys from the A: drive to C:\Windows\System32\drivers would Vista
come up. Microsoft should look into their Vista recovery programs.

nothing. I've tried restarting the laptop on several occasions but the same

MS DTC console
I had a major problem with my installation of Vista Ultimate 64 and had to
use my Windows Image backup to reinstall.
Since then I occasionally get an error box saying MS DTCconsole has failed,

never found and I close the program.
Does anyone know what it is and what the solution could be?
Thanks
