Microsoft Support people. My ISP, RCN, said that all my info is correct. HP
said they can't help me with my Pavillion. And Microsoft said that they're
hearing the same problem with Windows Mail on Windows Vista. What am I going
to do now? If anybody has any suggestions, they would be greatly

Getting emails from Outlook Express to Windows Mail
In the help section for Windows Mail it states emails will automatically be
populated from Outlook Express when you are upgraded to Windows Mail; this
did not happen for me.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so how did you get your old
emails from
Outlook?
Thanks,
Gladys

Cannot remove Recovered Messages folder
I cannot stop Recovered Messages being sent to a Recovered Messages folder,
although there are actually no messages there. It just keeps accumulating a

Problem began when I used a fix for removing a ghost spam email from my
Inbox, and deleted Windows Mail store as suggested....
