Installing Photoshop CS3 30day trial
I tried to get CS3 installed.But when i click on the Setup file,an error
message comes which reads as "Setup has encountered an error and cannot
continue.Contact Adobe customer Support for assistance.
Internal error 2739"

Vista System - Partition Harddrive
If I get a system that already has Vista pre-loaded (160GB HD), I want to
know if I can use Acronis Disk Administrator to partition the harddrive?
Once partitioned, will Vista run okay?
I also want to know if I can use Acronis TrueImage to image the OS for
storage (as a backup Image)?

Can I repair parental controls service?
A multi-card reader USB device caused Vista to go funky so I used system

Cannot boot after Vista installation
Last night I tried installing Vista Home Premium over XP Media Edition and
when the computer booted at some point, it gut stuck in a boot up loop after
the "loading line" screen. I was able to get to a screen that said windows
had started incorrectly, did I want to boot in safe mode, etc. I rebooted in

Activation After Hardware Upgrade
I have a legitimate, retail copy of Windows Vista Home Premium, and I need to
activate it after some hardware upgrades I just did. I would call the phone
number, but I am deaf. Does Microsoft have an option of the hearing
impaired? This is really frustrating....

Hi, running Vista Home Premium and have come across this message a number of
times.
"Error 1907. Could not register font. Verify that you have sufficient
permissions to install fonts, and that the system supports this font".
It then gives me three options. Abort. Retry. Ignore. Click on Abort does

Error when trying to install Vista
Hi Everyone,
I installed Vista on a master PC, loaded my apps, sysprep'd it, booted
to Windows PE and made an image using imagex. No problems yet.
Loaded the image into SIM and created a new answer file called
autounattend.xml. Created an iso including the image created with
imagex and placed autounattend.xml in the root directory. Burnt the
iso onto a DVD.

Hello Everyone
I finally got Vista installed, after spending days trying to get it to work.
All the errors I got had nothing
to do with the reason why, for example one error stated that it would close
down to prevent damage
to the machine, and everytime there would be a different error message, that
is not logical.

Getting computer prepared for Vista

Resizing C: drive which already has Vista installed
I have one harddrive, with two partitions labeled Disk0, 24GB on C and 54G on D
C has Vista installed and D is free. The drive is a basic type.
After Vista installed, I am left with only 7GB on C.
How can I move or slide 24GB from D leaving 30GB on D and C will now have
31GB, which is plenty of space for Vista. Disk manager and Diskpart don't
work.

Vista & External Storage & NAS Device Issues

2 Vista Installs..Need to move MBR
I installed vista onto my old hdd and then installed it onto a RAID 5.
I couldn't do a clean install onto the RAID, because vista wouldn't accept
my drivers.
Therefore I had to install from within the old hdd containing vista, and
that is where the master boot record was built.

Vista Compatibility Issue
I am trying to install Vista Business on a computer running Pentium4, Intel
Motherboard D845GBV_ with 1 GB memory, 2.0GB speed, Vissiontek X1550 video
card.
After entering the product key on the installation and accepting the

Mass Storage Controller problem
Two months ago I bought a Gateway MT6828 notebook for my son. I was forced

Installation Vista error-ntldr is missing
Need urgent help,
Got from faculty Windows Vista. While rebooting, for a clean installation i
get every time the message: Missing ntldr. press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to reboot.
Boot priority is set to DVD drive. But still same answer. After formating
partition same message is appearing again. Previous OS is Win XP. Coul it be
that, while copying DVD, a boot file is missing?

Can modify BIOS with USB keyboard but not select OS in BootManager
My ASUS A7S333 motherboard recognizes key presses on my Microsoft wireless
USB keyboard to enter and modify the BIOS, whether the Legacy USB setting is
enabled or disabled. Once the boot manager starts, (I dual boot with XP), I
have to use my old legacy PS/2 keyboard to select which OS I want to run.
Can you enhance the boot manager to recognize the USB keyboards?

Guest Account
I can create but cannot access the Guest Account with Vista Home Premium.
The Guest icon appears on the log-on screen but access is denied with the
error message "Windows could not connect to the Sens service". Owner log on
(access) is fine.
