At first the game starts to run slow and then crashes to the desktop or to a blue screen and I have to do a hard reboot. What could be causing this? Hopefully it's the game as this is a brand new computer. Start the program compatibility wizard and follow the steps to installing the game. You may also have to run it under administrative mode for it to work.
