I have tried right clicking on the desktop and personalizin but that does not open as well.. When wife tries to switch to her user it goes through the motions and ends up just showing a blue screen,with the cursor arrow. The cursor moves but has no function at all. I've to wait for about 30 seconds before it is deleted. The same in Recycle Bin as well.
