How do I insert a terminal server licence server that isn't a DC into Active Directory?
As above really,
I've just configured a new (and sole) TS server with the licence server
residing on the same box. When I go into Terminal Services Licensing Snap-in
it cannot find it (because it isn't in the directory), this doesn;t seem to
be a problem but I have to add it everytime I go in, and it would be nice if
it was just there.
Anyway, is it possible to do what it says in the...

Links don't work
Not sure if this is a Windows 2003, Citrix, Terminal Server, Internet
Explorer 6 or Outlook 2003 issue and it's a strange one. On our
Citrix/Terminal servers, the following style of links don't work:
www.brightsidetrust.blogspot.com
When a user clicks on the link, IE tries to open up:
http://%22www.brightsidetrust.blogspot.com%22/
Obviously this doesn't work. However, if a FQN vers...

Slow DSL Connection
To whomever may be able to help,
I am currently having DSL speed issues. I am paying for AT&T Yahoo! 768

through every possibility I can think of as to why this doesn't function
correctly. I have DSL filters on all my phone jacks, my phone lines are
DSL-ready, etc. I called AT&T Yahoo! technical help to try to resolve ...

Blocked IP address - What is MAC 24:5e:0d:1c:06:b7 ?
After running Windows Server 2003 Server Configuration wizard to add Terminal
Services role, suddenly I could not ping my local gateway (and everything
beyond).
The server (10.70.98.202) retained network connectivity on the local subnet
only.
It seems that the server IP address (10.70.98.202) became "blocked" by the
the gateway or ?
So, I fired up the ETHEREAL tool:
After a quic...

Remotely Configure Terminal Server Configuration

windwos 2003 Terminal Server. The connector at the moment has that a program

administrator so you cannot see the desktop or start menu.
Is there a way to change this remotely? Or a way through GP that it doesn't
effect the administrator.

I have a Server 2003 standard setup as a terminal server.

when the remote desktop users login, they can run them fine.
There are 5 or 6 programs that they cannot run unless I make the

Hi All...after setting up a terminal server at our site, I'm finding that
there are really not many applications (at least not the ones that we use)

their software could run in a TS world, and most said yes, they thought so.
