32 bir print drivers on Windows 2003 64 bit Edition
Is there a way to install a 32-bit print driver on a Terminal Server running
Windows 2003 64-bit Edition? We have Minolta multifunction printers, and
Minolta does not provide 64 bit drivers for these. We originally had the 64

User Profile Deleteion
I need to delete User profiles from Terminal server on users log off.There is
an option in Group Policy that does this well and it works for most users.
But some user profiles just stick there on the TS and cannot be deleted
manually either.I have used UHP (User Hive Cleanup from MS)...Not Lucky!...
Is there something else that can be done?
Cheers...!

Create and saving new custom tool bar in Microsoft word
I have a client with about 40-50 users running in a Citrix enviroment. There
are a few users that are requesting that when they open Word they have the
ability to create a new custom toolbar.
The problem is the user can create the toolbar; but that new toolbar is not
saved when they close Word. All other Office apps work just fine.
I am not sure, but can this be related to Normal.dot ...

Terminal Server 32bit /PAE vs 64bit
We currently are running 2 win2003 EE sp2 terminal servers in an active

from the task manager performance monitor that we cannot use more than 3.9gb
of memory even though we have 9gb installed and have a 13gb page file

Serial ports over the internet
Hello,
I have a application that uses a serial printer, and I'm trying to
make it work through terminal server.
I tested in a local network, and it works flawlessly. But if I try to
use it over the internet, it simply doesn't work.
When I type "change port" on the prompt, I get:
AUX = \DosDevices\COM1
COM1 = \Device\RdpDrPort\;COM1:3\tsclient\COM1
COM2 = \Device\RdpDrPort\;COM2:3\t...

Microsoft XPS Document Writer
Hi, i am trying to use XPS printer over RDP session.
The problem is that the printer is printing only onto TS local drives
(always asking to choose the file name) but not over RDP to a client driver -
there is no chooser/popup on a client side.
How can I configure XPS printer/TS to allow that?

Home drive not mapping
Hi all,
Windows 2003 (no SPs yet - yeah, I know) with Citrix Metaframe on it.
Problem is when users connect to a TS session they are not getting their H

This is their general profile, not a TS specific one. I tried the TS
specific one and that didn't work either.
All other network drives map via batch file run as a logon script and work
